your question realy made me think over and over again and finaly i browsed the datasheet again. but no time dependent characterstic was there. it is seen some times in datasheetes of op-amp stating d/dt offset = 1 nv per week or like something. but i think not such the case with controllers being digital devices. but i thik every semiconducter device can be parameterized with its average life say 10000 hrs or can MTBF(mean time between faliures).
