yes kai you are right practically. i think even this guarantee also stastical and may be based on the MODE measure of central tendency. say 95% of chips can take that much cycles, one can take guarantee. but theoritically any chip can fail even in first repeatittion. 1/2 probabiolity never guarantees alternate head and tail in tosses.
