Yes, Abhishek, manufacturer guarantees this, in a sense that you get your money back, when chip fails earlier. But this no real guarantee that device will never fail. It does only tell that manufacturer has made failure rate so small, that money back guarantee would not ruin him.
May be, that I am offending forum people with this discussion. Of course, for practically all cases this reliability is alright. I am only thinking about this theoretical aspect, whether there is indeed a methode, never becoming a wear out of code. It's the 'never' in a sense of really '100% never' what I wanted to focuse.
