#45347 - RE: MCU wear out - Kai Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Ah, I got it. Never heard about something like this.
I would like to add something to Michael's wondering. Many years ago I read an article that mcu and mpu must not be used in nuclear power stations. Reliability was analyzed and too high failure rate compared with classical digital chips resulted in prohibition of their use. Is this still valid? Bye, Kai |
