Hi,
I know the Cygnal pins are 5V tolerant but they (Cygnal guys) never gave me a positive reply about interfacing the 5V RS232 transceiver directly to the TX RX pin of Cygnal for 56Kbps , thats why I was thinking of using a level translator instead . What do you guys suggest ? has anyone got any experience with a Cygnal and MAX232E tied directly? any suggestions welcome.
