Most of the postings are RUBBISH and full of EGO ...
Anyway.....

I dont find according to datasheet it will be advisible to pullup the cygnal ports and drive the MAX232 at 57Kbps or higher ? I bet a Level translator will be faster ? can anyone prove me wrong ? .I guess the arrangement will definitely over load the Cygnal ports as we go in for higher baudrates .

As I have never done this before I want to Ask anyones PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE if he has tried it and its working fine .

PLEASE listen I am talking specifically for the serial communication only .
