okay!! i had a look at the bible.
But i still have this doubt. For an AT89c51 the Ioh for port 0 when in external memory access mode is specified as -80uA with min Voh as .9Vcc and -300uA with min Voh .75Vcc and -800uA with min Voh 2.4V Should these values be taken while calculating the port 0 pullup (if we want to use port 0 as an Output port)?? This is how i calculated the pull up value Rpullup=(Vcc-minVoh)/Ioh is this the right thing to do?? |
