Hi Erik you are correct ofcourse but when i read ------------------------------------------------ or an AT89c51 the Ioh for port 0 when in external memory access mode is specified as -80uA with min Voh as .9Vcc and -300uA with min Voh .75Vcc and -800uA with min Voh 2.4V Should these values be taken while calculating the port 0 pullup (if we want to use port 0 as an Output port)?? ------------------------------------------------- my impression was he trying to drive a BJT like load.
