Visual Basic is a pretty powerful tool for the likes of me, who can't get their heads around C++. I do agree that Basic will teach you bad habits if you start to learn programming with it. But if you already have experience programming in Pascal or C, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to write good programs in VB. I am planning on trying my hand at using Delphi, but, alas, so much to do, so little time... Best regards, Rob. |
