thank to erik and kai for their reply and helps.

What do you think about using this IC(LTC2418) in 8ch diff systems with a 8051 micro?Is it a good choice for low speed process like as temperature?Is this IC reliable for industerial use?

If I want to use isolation(data and power isolation) and I want to use one isolation in the circuit,Is it better to micro be in rs485 side or in ADC side?why?
