But I am just beginner with the Assembly language, I don't understand the MACRO business of this language. Could u link me to some site where I can enhance my knowledge about it.

'u' mean micro what is a micro link?

The 'standard first assembler' is the metalink (google will give you the address) the download include one of the best '51 assembler manuals.
