I try to use ADM1232 to supervise my philips P89C664 uC. the connections are: /pbrst -- pushbutton, TD--5v
TOL--GND, RST--RST(uC), /ST -- ALE
At power up, ADM1232 reset the uC, but reset pin of the ADM1232 won't pull down because of no /store signal. This is really a dilemma: if the uC was not power up, there is no ALE signal; and if there is no ALE signal, the ADM1232 will reset the uC again and again.
So I try to use other supervise ICs: e.g. MAX6322, MAX6319MH, MAX6319LH...these ic /wo /store pin so it avoid the problem.
Is there any better suggestions for the supervise IC, or i can use ADM1232 in any other ways?
