Hi Yang,
I would'nt know which is the best supervisory - I guess all of them are OK when applied the way they should be. I have been using the DS1232 in the following fashion and it is fine : DS1232 pins RST -> RST of MCU TOL -> +5V TD -> GND #ST -> ALE of MCU PB -> To manual Reset pushbutton. The MCU that I am talking about is a 89c51RD2 with a 12Mhz clock and running in 12 clock mode. Raghu |
