The RC receiver control the Servo motor. Now the driver replaced it. But I want to control the driver by an AT89C2051.

If you have power to waste then I recommend you use some MOSFET to drive
the motors ,but use the P-channel ones .
But if I were at your place making some
non critical application project like yours and without any extra money or
Import Export License , Then I would simply use a Relay its ON resistance
at say 25A is very low only 3-4 milli ohms this is energy efficient also for
your battery powered system .And If you use SPDT relay you very effectively
get Forward and Reverse direction connection for your motor ?but with full throttle .
Try to use some snubber technique at the output to save your relay contacts .
BTW Relays are too cheap to replace in an application like yours ? !.
