I've tried to quickly move the throttle stick forward and return to idle within one second but its still not working.

I can once make it work by:
1. Connect the driver's power;
2. Switch on the driver;
3. Switch on the receiver power;
4. Switch on the remote control.

Is this another way to make it work beside of "quickly move the throttle stick forward and return to idle"?
So how can I similate this by AT89C2051?
