I too have used the variable stretch on the Cygnal external XDATA bus. It works wonderful and it is really great that it allows programming the time interval BEFORE the read or write pulse, the WIDTH of the pulses and the time AFTER the pulses. I used the stretch to slow down cycles to a parallel graphic LCD and then set it back to higher speed for SRAM after the display update was complete. Michael Karas |
