 		 #61019 - find possible cause

I use same cable (with 3 wires RX,TX and GND)to connect modem and use AT commands in Hyperterminal. I am getting commands echoed back and the SD and RD Led of modem are blinking also. This verifies that the Modem is getting command.

But modem does not send OK command when Enter key is pressed. What may be the reason that the modem is not executing the command?
