I would say "read the manual". As far as I remember, there is an AT-command to suppress the "OK" reply. There is also a way to change the the <C/R>-code to another code. (check the setting of S-registers).
Does your modem need DTR to dial? If it does, you can try and link DSR-pin to DTR pin on the modem side so your modem is "seeing" a terminal connected. Again, the manual of your modem should be able to inform you on the signals needed. BTW: why did you state that I'm facing new problem now. I can easily dial the number from hyperterminal using external modem. But, my controller program can't do so. I have used all the characters to dial the phone: if afterwards you say that But modem does not send OK command when Enter key is pressed. What may be the reason that the modem is not executing the command? Which one is correct? Does your modem execute the commmands you enter or not? regards Patrick |
