Yes but he is bound and determined that it is going to work if he could just get his arms around progrmming it. Somehow I guess Harish, rather than respond to the needs to do conceptual system analysis and sensor validation, thinks that if it was programmed it would magically all work perfectly --- which it probably won't anyway.
