The interrupts are meant to be edge triggers from short pulses on INT0 and INT1. If a pulse comes and goes while EA is 0, won't it be ignored? Edge-triggered interrupts get latched, so the interrupt will still be pending when you set EA. If external interrupts are configured as level-sensitive and the level deasserts before you set EA, the interrupt will not be recognized. |
