With only some exceptions, solid state components pretty well are.
What have you tried with your existing facility ? Are these circuits mainly characterised as digital, or have you got low level/high resolution analogue circuitry down there too ? How BIG is the desired package, since that affects the stresses and strains that the uniform pressure load imposes ? Steve |
