My very many thanks to the enormously talented and informative individuals who have offered their kind anaswer to my questions.

As far as my comments about "bigger = better", sigh... that was supposed to be "bigger != better". A stupid typo on my part but in retrospect I'm glad that I made it. It encouraged you to offer a clear and detailed explanation of why bigger does not = better.
