Why, oh why do you worry about such. I just checked at Digi Key and the first 128*8 RAM in the list can be had for $2.93. Why, oh why waste time trying to fit some antiquated chips into a design when the modern solution cost less than $3. Why, oh why does so many waste so much time trying to use "what they have" when a simple check on e.g. Digi Key show the futility therof. Erik |
