That's a total of 3*8 outputs which SCREAMS for using a derivative with enough internal flash and RAM for your application. AFAIK the 89c651Rx2s and P89C66xes are available in your area.
Whatever you use, you will still need drivers on your outputs (LED/relay) the PCA9555 can only drive 10mA. Did you consider using two PCA9554 which will do the same and is a far more popular chip. Erik |
