#64578 - Memory IO issue |
The problem I have is this :
INITPORT : mov DPTR, #0F000H
mov A, #0 ; as bit low = LED off
movx @DPTR, A
ret
When I call this routine at the start of my code, 3 out of 10 times the LED port initializes with 80H and the rest of times properly with all LEDs off. ( The FRC link between the LED out PCB and main MCU pcb is about 4 inch long and the clock is 12MHz ) And incidentally this is one of the regular setups that I use quite often without any problem. What could be the reason for this cranky behaviour ? Thanks for any ideas. Raghu |
