If you did than tell me why the following sequence of statements will _not_ work:

MOV SBUF,#'R'	; to Indicate reload of counter and ending of one 255 flashes
MOV SBUF,#0DH ; Carriage return 
MOV SBUF,#0AH ;Line feed
