I am pretty confident I am there,but I don't know why my hardware is not able to send data out with this program,the simulation is okay.It sends data with another program

Also I would like to ask how to avoid junk charachters from appearing when I switch on or off the circuit

I am using 10uF / 25 V caps for max232

The baud rate on hyperterminal is set at 9600 as in the uC program.
