For your knowlege we have a full subject on 8051 and I was just not too good at it 68 out of 100 but that was all theory,practically we didn't even light a led let alone serial comm.

I have done my homework but understanding comes only after some practical exposure.

If you suggest that my program was proper
as per my requirement to send only a 'r' on the terminal why isn't it working on my hardware?
