BEFORE you just blindly dive in, please take the time to read the uVision Getting Started Guide - it's included in the Free evaluation download, and on the Free CD as GS51.pdf

This will give you a proper introduction to the tools, and also walks you through a few example projects.

I've never learnt C...

As I said to you before, Keil is not a 'C' programming course; if you really want to learn 'C', you will need to invest in a good textbook, at least.
Preferably attend a course.
