Sorry, but I think that's work for schools and colleges. You could also have a crack at it by yourself, the tutorial on this site will help you on your way. Personally, I think setting up a project with lots of people you can't see and of whom nobody knows how clever, dumb, motivated or equipped they actually are could only result in a disappointment.
Also: it's an infinitely more valuable learning experience to undergo the frustration of the damn thing not working and then finding the solution yourself, than to get all the answers on a silver platter. You'd still be unable to come up with any answers yourself.
PS. I taught myself from only the Philips IC20 book and now, 10 years later, my boss pays me to program the 8052!
