Well, at least you know that an 8051 is capable of operating at that baud rate, so how about using another 8051 to build a serial to serial converter where the built in serial port does the 93,750 baud and then a carefully chosen divisor value can be used for the other timer to create a bit banged UART operating at a standard baud rate?
