#68740 - RE: GAL Programming
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Freiends the porblem in making the programmer is ->
There are two japanese standard transistors
1. A1015 [ 2SA1015 ] - Audio frequency general purpose amplifier application, Driver stage amplifier aplications.
Vceo = -50 V (min), Ic = -150mA (max), hFE(2)=80 (typ) @ Vce=-6V, Ic= -150mA. hFE(Ic=-0.1mA)/hFE(Ic=-2mA)=0.95(typ). Low Noise NF=1dB(typ) F=1KHz. Transistion frea= 80MHz(min).

2. C945 [ 2SC945 ] - Audio frequency amplifier and high frequency OSC. Vceo= 60V, fT = 300MHz (typ)

These transistors are not available in my area can you please suggest me some alternate substitute for these two suggest me some BC or 2N series substitute.

Regards
Prahlad Purohit
