No need to worry about high currents in seconday windings of Resistance welding machines as the voltage in the secondary is too low and no current or negligible current will flow and certainly you wont get any electric shock due to such a low voltage the high current flows only through the secondary copper coils and the metallic workpiece being welded due to their very very small resistance.
