Hi Prahlad , This is not the right place to start learning PCB designing ,with half knowledge you will get more confused , go to Intel, AMD, etc sites and see their reference PCB designs .Also there are plenty of examples on PCB routing on the net ,Microchip is one such resource you can study that first and then clarify here .
