I am teaching the course. It is a Computer Science
course, but I have about half of the class as Computer
Engineers, so it makes a good mix of hardware people
and software people.

I handed out the the Chapters you refer to as "the Bible"
on the first day. One of the major items I want them
to understand is the memory. Internal, External,
SFRs. Then toss in addressing modes!!!
