Not only that, but the change in width also causes a step change in the characteristic impedance of the trace. If the trace carries a a signal with fast edges, this may very well have an effect on EMI.

Thank you very much Rob for your suggestion. This was one of the core questions in my mind regarding my design I had specifically mentioned this question in my first post. I will change my traces to uniform width. Within next 24 Hrs I will post the modified layouts.
