About five years ago a friend bought electrolytics from 'punsumi'. Not because he wanted this brand, but because mail-order house sold them as their standard caps. They were rather cheap, much cheaper than high quality caps from philips, and he thought he could save money by using these cheap ones, following the motto, 'cap is cap'. After half a year about 50% leaked so terribly, that a sea of electrolytic material was swimming on top of housing. I have never seen this before.
If electrolytic caps are used, only high quality brands should be used. There's absolutely no advantage in using cheap ones!!
