#76141 - RE: Brillaint Answer Michael Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Your answer to this issue is the best one I read. It is always best to "work with" rather than to "fight against".
I see this everyday at the place I am working right now. The company has two internal engineering departments with separate managers. One manager is pleasant, accomodating, compromising and willing to "work with" the her engineers and customers. The other manager is arrogant, confrontational, abusive and in a constant "fight against" battle with his engineers and admin support. Guess which department is the better one to work in?
