Actually, that was supposed to be my point - it's not just a coincidence:

pleasant, accomodating, compromising and willing to "work with" = woman;

arrogant, confrontational, abusive and in a constant "fight against" battle = man.

Perhaps all us guys need to get more in-touch with our feminine side... ;-)
