#77642 - RE: Noise Reduction Techniques. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The separation of both currents can be further increased, if in the individual Vcc connections common mode ferrite chokes are inserted!!
Hallo Prahlad, I want to add, that instead of using common mode filtering with individual supply voltage connections, also common mode filtering with ribbon cable alone can be very helpful to heavily decrease the intermix of currents. For this, bend the ribbon cable through a larger common mode ferrite choke (ring core). You can also use the modern snap-in ferrite 'beads' for flat ribbon cables, which are available since some years. I tell you this, because we had already discussed this point and I didn't want to confuse you. Kai |
