Frankly speaking I didn't now where to procure the supervisor IC.
I was looking out for max 700 but Prahlad was good enough to tell me where I can get Th IC and also what is commonly available in the market.

I will rectify my mistake as described in the previous two posts.

Also I would like to take te oppurtunity to ask where can I procure MAX chips in Mumbai/Bombay.

The problemis all shop keepers ask a premium price when it comes to a Maxim IC.
