P89C51RD2 have become expensive now a days due to shortage they are on the way of getting obselete. Earlier P89C51RD2 were much cheaper. P89V51RD2FA PLCC is consting me 250/- [Ex-Stock] when ordered in qty 50+. You can get the same at lemington road for approx 320Rs. if you want 1 or 2 pcs.
