Im a new member of the group. However I have some ideas about ur problem.

There are number of ways in which U can solve this problem. I suggest the following two.

1. The temperature and sensor signals may be provided to some ADC through MUX and S/H. Then the digital code may be received by microcontroller and can be transferred to PC through serial communication.

2. In newer variants of the microcontrollers, there are devices with built in MUX and ADC. Depending upo their availability at ur local market, U can implement this one.
