#80699 - RE: F124 Hangs due to spikes Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Some questions and observations:
Why did you choose the F124 and not the F020? Do you need the 49MHz? The high speed of these devices is an important element in the susceptibility to EMI. The 'slower' speed of the F020 would make it a bit less susceptible. What does the PCB layout look like, in terms of power and GND routing? Are you using a multilayer PCB with dedicated power- and GND layers? How is the processor decoupled? You said "i do not use supervisor ic for micro.", but have you at least enabled the internal supervisor by tying MONEN to VDD? Do you have pull-up resistors on the /RST and JTAG lines? Are those '245 and '574 devices supplied with 5V or 3.3V? If 5V, they must be HCT! You also say: "... i have to use push pull mode [...] to access inputs ...". Push-pull mode should only be used for outputs! A pin functioning as input must always be configured as open-drain. Rob. |
