Hard ware details of output.

My output card gives +24V whenever a particiualr output is on. I gave this to a relay to switch on the Contactor. Across the contactor coil one snubber is given.

other outputs are driving AC solenoids through relays.

if i am not driving ac solenoids hanging is very rare.
once in a shift. there are 24 AC solenoids. switch on and off depending on sequence of machine. all AC solenoids are given snubbers. if i use +24V outputs to drive a DC solenoid no problem is there.

i have made a temporary solution by connecting a 100meters 0.5sqmm wire in coil (150mm dia) as purchased from the store in series with power supply of 5V SMPS. now hanging is reduced. i know it is crude method. but i can take some time to rectify the actual problem.
