I don't see any problem with having some pins pulled up and others pulled down on the same port although I would normally have the pushbuttons connect to 0V rather than 5V. What sort of meter are you using to measure the voltage?
Also, have you checked your resistor networks to see that they are of the correct configuration? I've been caught many times by this. |
