We know the 8051 has internal pullup resistors - these arenormally expected to be around 100k or more. Therefore if your resistors are in fact 4K7 then one would expect the potentional divider action to be minimal. However, if your 4K7 resistors are actually 47K or maybe 470K then I would expect some potential divider action. Prahlad, no need to apologise for the echo - It's happened to me also! |
