#83543 - Internal XRAM
Responding to: ???'s previous message
But which makes the P89V51RD2 very impractical is that it has only 768 bytes XRAM

If you are looking for more internal XRAM have a look at the Philips P89C668 and the SILabs f12x series. They all have 8k of internal xram.
