#83653 - More Internal XRAM
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I too have been searching for an 8051 with more memory. I found a few parts by STMicroelectronics that have 32k bytes of xram. The uPSD3200 series has some models that have the 32k bytes of XRAM. Also the uPSD3300 series, but I haven't found any of the uPSD3300 series for sale.
