If this is school, I feel sorry for you. You are stuck with a teacher that lives in the past. If it is business, go to the idiot and tell him/her to update his/her practices. From the design will i have an issue with AC/DC loading do you think? For DC, look up the devices and verify thay all are CMOS/"no" load. For AC load only a very slight possibility since part of the quaint Antiquity of this "design" is that it uses an old 12 clocker at 11 MHz ( ~1MHz cycle) you should not have a problem, with such a processor you can, in most cases, live with total prop delays in the half microsecond range. Have a look in "the bible" to see how wide a time allowance this gives you. If you had a modern design with, say a 50MHz one clocker, the issue would be things like !RD through decoders and whatnot as well as the prescence of the address bits (heavy load) at ALE time - of course if you had a current design, most of the stuff would not be there, thus no load.
